Rhubarb Lemonade
A delicious and refreshing drink - perfect for warm sunny days (like today!)
Ingredients
- 7 cups of water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 5 cups chopped rhubarb
- juice of 1 lemon
- Frozen berries (for garnish)
Instructions
In a medium or large saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil. Add the rhubarb, return to a boil, and simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain into a pitcher and add the lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled. Add the frozen berries as garnish and enjoy!
