Pumpkin Pie Muffins

Pumpkin Pie Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pumpkin pie filling
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- 1/2 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine the sugar and pie filing in a bowl. Mix well.
3. Add the milk, walnuts, baking powder and flour.
4. Line 2 muffin tins. Fill them 2/3 of the way with the batter.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. The muffins should be firm, but will spring back at the touch.
*Note: You MUST use pumpkin pie filling for this recipe. Pumpkin purée will not work as a substitute*
