Jamaican Fresh Juice

A fresh way to enjoy your veggies, especially in this heat that we’ve been getting this summer!

Ingredients: *Note, this recipe can be used interchangeably with carrot, cucumber, or beet and carrot to make the ones pictured. The below recipe will make approximately 1 litre of juice.

1 lb of carrot (or 2 cucumbers, or 1lb of both carrot and beet)

Juice of 1 lemon or lime (whichever you prefer)

1 tsp of Ginger

Sweetener of your choice (sugar-best with carrot, condensed milk-best with beet, honey-best with cucumber)

Directions:

Wash your veggies, cut up finely and put into a blender. Chop ginger up finely and add to veggie blend and mix for about 4-5 minutes. Strain to get smooth, 2 times will make it nice and smooth for you. Add the juice of one full lemon or lime and the sweetener of your choice. Blend all together and enjoy!

Keep Refrigerated.
