Sweet Corn Dip
You can never have too many dips! This sweet corn dip is delicious served hot and great for the late summer gatherings.
Ingredients:
2 ears of corn
1 tub of sour cream
1 pkg cream cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup cheese
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take the two ears of corn and remove the kernels by cutting them off with a knife. Once kernels are removed, place in a large bowl. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Once combined thoroughly, move to a 9x9 glass dish. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. Serve warm with chips/crackers to dip.
