Spicy BBQ Cauliflower Wings

Spicy BBQ Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients:
- 4 Heads of Cauliflower
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1 TBSP Onion Powder
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TBSP Chili Powder
- 1/2 TBSP Cumin
- 1/2 Cup of BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 Cup apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 TBSP Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425
- Chop fresh cauliflower into "Wing Sized" bits
- Combine Flour, Water, Milk, and spices in a large bowl to create a batter. Add the cauliflower to the batter and ensure each piece is coated evenly.
- Grease 2 large pans and spread out battered cauliflower.
- Bake for 12-16 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Mix the sauce coating in a bowl by combining BBQ sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar and Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce.
- Carefully remove wings from the oven and immediately toss in the sauce. Coat evenly.
- Spread the sauce coated wings on the pans and bake for an additional 7-10 minutes. Make sure you keep an eye on them so that they do not burn!
- Remove from oven and enjoy your new tasty treat!
**NOTE: you can remove the Chili Powder and Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce from the recipe for a non-spicy version!**
